Arrest in Nashua Woman's Beating, Police Say
Johnathan Gerald allegedly punched and strangled a woman in Nashua, police said.

NASHUA, NH — Nashua police recently charged a man with punching and strangling a city woman.
Johnathan Gerald, 32, with no fixed address, was arrested Saturday and charged with assault and domestic violence, among other charges.
Police said on Saturday, they responded to a Nashua hospital after a woman was treated there for several injuries. Officers said they determined Gerald pushed the woman, threw her down, punched her, and strangled her.

Police said they located Gerald at a residence at 170 Main Dunstable Rd. and placed him under arrest. He was held on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment.
