Carolyn Raitt of Nashua Hired by ClearRock

Carolyn Raitt of Nashua has joined ClearRock, Inc., a Boston-based career transition, outplacement, leadership development and executive coaching firm, as Managing Consultant, Outplacement.

In her role, Raitt will provide leadership of outplacement delivery as it evolves with the world of work, as well as deliver high touch career transition services. She will lead a team of consultants, responsible for helping individuals who have suffered job loss to develop the mindset, skillset and toolset to maximize their impact in their job search.

“Carolyn brings more than 25 years of experience as a leader in human resources, talent management and leadership development to her role at ClearRock,” said Laura Poisson, President, ClearRock. “Carolyn’s reputation in the industry speaks volumes about the impact she’s made as she has helped organizations and individuals accelerate their ability to realize their potential. Raitt comes to ClearRock from Fidelity Investments where she spent more than 20 years in Human Relations leadership roles, including the last 12 years as the Director of Talent Management and Leadership Development. While there, she partnered with mid- and senior-level executives to align leadership development and talent management with current and future business strategy, and she provided one-on-one coaching in support of career development.

In addition to her long tenure at Fidelity Investments, Raitt has also worked for both Sterling HR Services and Keystone Associates. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Greater Merrimack Valley Human Resource Association, and is a mentor for Career Engage, a young career professionals group.

Raitt earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University. She is a Senior Certified Professional by SHRM and a Certified Dale Carnegie Trainer.
