CONCORD, NH — A convicted drug dealer with a lengthy criminal history, who has not been seen or heard from in more than a year, is wanted by the New Hampshire State Parole Board.

Felix Junito Perez is 39, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and weighs 185 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair but is mostly bald. According to the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, Perez has several tattoos, including a half sleeve featuring a man with a gun, skulls, a clown, and flag; a floral arrangement with the name “Cari” on his left forearm; the numbers, “13 1/2” on his left ankle; “Felix” on his right ankle; and a rose with “Mom” on his upper left arm.

Perez is wanted by the parole board on a parole violation after being convicted of sale of controlled drugs. He was accused of previously leaving a treatment program in April 2022, deactivating his phone, and moving from his last known address, a fugitive alert stated. Perez was last known to be living in Nashua. The warrant for his arrest was issued in May 2022.

According to superior court records, Perez’s life of crime in the Granite State dates back more than two decades.

In March 2000, he was accused of burglary and two counts of first-degree assault after an incident in Hudson. He pleaded guilty to the burglary charge in March 2001, making him a felon. In July 2000, he was accused of several counts of felonious sexual assault and sexual assault after an incident in Nashua. In March 2001, he pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor count. In November 2007, he was accused of three acts prohibited; controlled drug act charges out of Nashua. He pleaded guilty to two of the counts in May 2008. In January 2012, he was given work release, court records stated. But about two years later, he was in trouble with the law again after being charged with felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and two counts of possession of a controlled-narcotic drug during two incidents in Manchester. In May 2014, he was arrested by Nashua police on a violation of a protective order charge. In April 2015, he pleaded guilty to the weapon and one drug charge. Perez requested work release again in June 2019, but there was an objection to the proposal initially. A month later, the state withdrew its objection, the court said.
