Family Dollar Store Employee Charged In $1,500 Theft
Nashua police said Kimberly Ginewicz, 42, and Edgar Figueroa, 56, conspired for months to steal items from the East Hollis Street store.
NASHUA, NH — Two Nashua residents were charged with stealing more than $1,500 in items over several months from the East Hollis Street Family Dollar while one of them was an employee at the store. Kimberly Ginewicz, 42, and Edgar Figueroa, 56, were each charged with felony theft.
Nashua police said they investigated a report of an employee theft at the store July 9 and identified Ginewicz as the employee who assisted Figueroa in stealing merchandise over the course of several months. They were charged Tuesday with consolidated theft while acting in concert with one another.
A Class A felony is punishable by up to 15 years in state prison. Ginewicz and Figueroa were both released on personal recognizance bond and are scheduled to be arraigned at Hillsborough County Superior Court-South Oct. 17.
