Domestic Incident In Nashua Leads To Second Degree Assault Charge
Nashua police arrested Randy Widmer on multiple charges after an incident in the Gate City last night.

NASHUA, NH — A local man is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after an incident last night in Nashua. Randy Widmer, 32, was arrested on May 5, 2019, and charged with second-degree assault-domestic violence and two counts of simple assault-domestic violence. Police were called to a local home for a report of a domestic disturbance last night, according to a report.
At just before 9 p.m., police arrested Widmer on the felony charge. Detectives from the department’s Special Investigations Division furthered the investigation, according to Lt. Robert Page of the Nashua Police Department, and issued two counts of simple assault-domestic violence against Widmer. He was held on $10,000 cash or surety bail and was scheduled to be arraigned today.
Widmer is facing up to nine years in prison and fines, according to Page.
