Drunk Nashua Driver Who Crashed Through Church Released on Bail: Police
Police said a Nashua driver was drunk when he crashed through the front of a church Monday morning.

HUDSON, NH — A Nashua man who was drunk when he crashed through a church in Hudson Monday morning has been released on bail, police said.
Eddy Garcia, 47, was arrested on suspicious of driving while intoxicated. He was not hurt in the crash. No one in the church was hurt.
Police said Garcia drove through a giant window under a cross at the Hudson Community Church on Central Street at about 5 a.m. He was driving a beige 2004 Jeep Liberty.

Police said Garcia was driving west on Central Street when he failed to negotiate a turn and crashed into a column at the main entrance of the church. The vehicle continued and crashed through the window, police said.
Garcia was released on bail and scheduled for an arraignment.
