Don Gross, who served as Nashua's police chief for over 30 years, was killed in a fire in Andover Thursday.

NASHUA, NH — Former Nashua Police Chief Don Gross was killed in a fire Thursday.

The fire started in a brush pile at his home at 189 Kearsarge Mountain Road in Andover, according to State Fire Marshal William Degnan.
