Growing Season Over in Nashua
"Widespread" freezing temperatures in Nashua marked the end of the 2016 growing season. Even colder temperatures in store this weekend.
NASHUA, NH — The 2016 growing season is officially over in Nashua and much of the rest of New Hampshire, the National Weather Service announced Tuesday.
A frost advisory issued earlier Tuesday signaled the season's end, as "widespread" freezing temperatures were recorded across the state, NWS said.
Things will get even colder in Nashua this weekend, when we could see temperatures around 29 degrees.
