Hampton Man Arrested On Meth, LSD Charges In Nashua
Jeremy Betances of Hampton was arrested after a motor vehicle stop and police investigation in the Gate City Friday.

NASHUA, NH — A Seacoast man is facing drug possession charges after a traffic stop and investigation in Nashua. Jeremy Betances, 25, of Hampton, was in the city on Friday and members of the Narcotics Intelligence Division believed that he might be in possession of drugs. Members of the division as well as the Problem Oriented Policing Unit conducted a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle Betances was in, according to Lt. Brian Kenney of the Nashua Police Department. Kenney accused Betances of being in possession of methamphetamine after "drug evidence was located."
During the course of what Kennedy described as a "short-term investigation," Betances was arrested and charged with two counts of acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, LSD, as a result of the stop.
Kenney suggested residents who see or suspect drug activity in the Gate City to call the department's narcotics hotline at 603-594-3597 or utilize the Nashua Police Department’s website www.NashuaPD.com.
