Hudson Man Indicted On 10 Rape Charges: Superior Court

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Britany Van Keuren, 31, of Lock Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 12, 2021, in Merrimack.

Edward Kimungu, 20, of no fixed address in Hudson on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, alprazolam and cocaine, charges on Nov. 28, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in October 2021 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Ashley Lavoie, 27, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl-sale of a narcotic drug charge, more than 1 gram, on Nov. 1, 2021, in Nashua.

Rose Lamadrid, 28, of East Pearl Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Oct. 3, 2020, in Nashua.

Steven Lawson, 40, of no fixed address in Nashua on robbery and possession by felon-electronic defense weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of robbing another person in Nashua on Oct. 18, 2021, while displaying a stun gun and activating the device. Lawson is a felony due to a burglary conviction out of Hillsborough County Superior Court South in March 2003.

Carla Leaor, 41, of Amherst Street in Nashua on a felony theft of lost or mislaid property charge. She was accused by police of obtaining the wallet of a man who had more than $1,500 cash in it but did not try to return it on Sept. 17, 2021, in Nashua.

Jared Levesque, 23, of Summer Street in Nashua on eight possession of child sexual abuse images charges on July 15, 2021, in Nashua.

Thomas Lowe, 59, of B Street in Hudson on 10 aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused by police of raping and fondling a girl on more than one occasion for a period of five years between July 1, 2013, and July 25, 2019, inside a camper and in a bedroom in Hudson.

Jared G. Masseur, 37, of Brinton Drive Nashua on receiving stolen property and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of possessing a 9 mm Smith & Wesson handgun and a stolen license plate on Nov. 4, 2021, in Hudson. Masseur is a felon due to a felony theft conviction from December 2003 from Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Kevin Mellen, 56, of Thomas Maynard Drive in Temple on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused by police of driving on Thomas Maynard Drive in Temple on Dec. 15, 2021, after being deemed by the DMV to be a habitual offender.

Andrew Melvin, 39, of Rimmon Street in Manchester on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused by police of driving on Bush Hill Road in Hudson after being deemed a habitual offender on Oct. 28, 2021.
