ICE Assists New Hampshire State Police With License Case In Nashua
Claudio Santana Pimentel faces tampering with records and unsworn falsification charges after attempting to obtain a NH driver's license.

NASHUA, NH — A man from Nashua was arrested on Monday after being accused of using false documents to obtain a New Hampshire driver’s license.
New Hampshire State Police detectives from Troop G’s investigations unit was called to the Division of Motor Vehicles in Nashua after officials suspected a man, Claudio Santana Pimentel, 32, of Nashua, was submitting false documents in an effort to conceal or misrepresent his identity, a report said. Detectives investigated the matter, requested U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement assistance, and arrested him on tampering with public records and information and unsworn falsification charges.
Pimentel is due in Concord Circuit Court on May 27 for arraignment.
