Jennifer Colangelo promoted to YMCA Director of Human Resources

Jennifer Colangelo joined the YMCA of Greater Nashua team in April 2019 as Human Resources Generalist and has been promoted to Director of Human Resources. During her tenure at YMCA of Greater Nashua, Jennifer has a created a streamlined approach to HR Systems, managed and led multiple HR projects and has further strengthened the partnership between HR and our employees. In her new role, Jennifer will oversee all areas related to Human Resources.

Born and raised in Connecticut, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science at Southern Connecticut State University. Jennifer has a broad range of Human Resource Management experience with over twelve years in the field. Her career has included HR roles at Fidelity Investments and Wilmott & Associates. She is a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) as well as the Greater Nashua Human Resources Association.
