Man Arrested On Mischief, Burglary Charges: Nashua Police

NASHUA, NH — A Gate City man was arrested and held Sunday after being arrested on criminal mischief and burglary charges. Adam Santiago-Hernandez, 33, of an unknown address, was arrested at 6:08 a.m. on June 16, 2019, on two counts of criminal mischief. Officers received information that he "was damaging his ex-girlfriend's motor vehicle and entered her apartment without permission," according to a report.

Detectives from the special investigation division looked into the accusations and furthered the case which led to a felony domestic violence-burglary charge being added to Santiago-Hernandez's docket. He refused bail and was held. Santiago-Hernandez was scheduled to be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on June 17.

Santiago-Hernandez is facing up to nine years in prison and fines in the case.
