NASHUA, NH — A multi-month investigation into a claim by a local boy has led to rape charges against a Massachusetts man. The boy met with detectives from the Nashua Police Department's special investigation division in January and alleged that Keith Sullivan, 38, of Orange, MA, a man known to the boy, had sexually assaulted him, according to Lt. Robert Page of the Nashua Police Department.

"Detectives furthered the investigation and as a result, obtained an arrest warrant for Sullivan charging him with aggravated felonious sexual assault, special felony," Page stated.

Sullivan was arrested on June 27, 2019, and also charged with three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault as part of the case. He faces more than 20 years in prison and fines if convicted.
