Merrimack Man Arrested On Indecent Exposure Charge In Nashua

NASHUA, NH — A Merrimack man is facing another indecent exposure and lewdness charge after being arrested last month in a public park in Nashua.
Around 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 26, police in Nashua received a report of a man performing lewd acts on himself in the bathroom of a park in the city, according to Lt. Matthew DiFava of the Nashua Police Department.
"This activity was witnessed by multiple juveniles in the area as well as responding officers," DiFava said.

Adrian Pike, 71, of Merrimack was arrested.
After detectives from the special investigation division worked the case, they found that Pike was previously convicted of indecent exposure in 2017. The second charge was then upgraded to a felony punishable by up to seven years in prison and fines.

Pike was held on preventative detention and was arraigned by video in Hillsborough County Superior Court South Sept. 28. He is due back in court for a dispositional conference on Nov. 24.
