Nashua Woman Beats Gas Station Clerk with Handgun When He Refuses to Give Up Cash, Police Say

Jessica Parker, 30, of West Hollis Street, was arrested for the incident in Merrimack, police said.

Jessica Parker, 30, of West Hollis St. in Nashua, was arrested on April 27, 2015, and charged with felony robbery.

Police, according to the report, responded to a call about a robbery at the Gulf station on Continental Boulevard on April 22, with a suspect brandishing a handgun and demanding cash.

The store clerk refused to give up any money and an altercation ensued.

“During the altercation, the clerk sustained a non-life threatening injury when the suspect struck him with the handgun,” according to Lt. Denise I. Roy of the Merrimack Police Department.

Police sent out alerts about the robbery and during the course of the investigation, developed Parker as a suspect, through eyewitness accounts and evidence located at the scene of the robbery. Investigators later took out a warrant for Parker. She was arrested and held on $25,000 cash bail and arraigned yesterday, according to police.
