Nashua, Bow Men Arrested On DUI Charges: Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Noreen Ann Mainguy, 55, of Cottage Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 2, 2019, on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge.

Jessica Bermudez, 25, of Pleasant Street in Nashua, was arrested on a Sept. 2, 2019, on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.

Zachary Brian Madison, 28, of Tolles Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 2, on an electronic bench warrant for nonpayment of fine.

Victoria T. Atherton, 19, of Sullivan Road in Hudson, was arrested on a transport alcohol by minor charge on Sept. 1.

Christian K. Bynoe, 19, of Elm Street of Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 1, on a riot charge as well as two simple assault charges.

Rufino E. Pacheco, 41, of Bennington Road in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 31, on two capias warrants as well as driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof charges.

Peter J. Lariviere, 23, of Hemlock Drive in Bow, was arrested on a DUI charge on Aug. 31.

Benjamin R. James, 44, of Kenneth Lane in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, was arrested on Aug. 30, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge as well as an electronic bench warrant for failure to appear at an arraignment.

Erika M. Mir, 26, of Revere Beach Parkway in Chelsea, MA, was arrested on July 21, on a disorderly conduct charge.

Jose Eduardo Berrios-Vazquez, 37, of Ledge Street in Nashua, was arrested on July 21, on a DUI charge as well as an open container violation.

Faith G. McMahon, 22, of Ninth Street in Nashua, was arrested on July 21, on driving after revocation or suspension, suspension of a vehicle registration, and driver's license prohibitions.

Lance Dean Bellerose, 45, homeless, was arrested on July 20, on two capias warrants, an out-of-town warrant, and two electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

Joseph Mendonca, 22, of Palm Street in Nashua, was arrested on July 20, on domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangle, three counts of domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges.

Dakota J. Carey, 26, of Whitney Street in Nashua, was arrested on July 19, on a capias warrant.
