Nashua Father Beat Up Son, 6: Police
Jason Trythall, a Nashua resident formerly of Merrimack, was charged with domestic violence after police said he attacked his son.
NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man with more than a half-dozen arrests on his record was arrested again Tuesday and charged with beating up his 6-year-old son. Jason Trythall, 34, was charged with second-degree assault and domestic violence. He was held on $5,000 bail pending an arraignment Wednesday in Nashua District Court.

Nashua police Lt. Kerry Baxter said on March 9, officers received a report that Trythall assaulted his 6-year-old son.

"Detectives from the Nashua Police Department’s Special Investigations Division furthered the investigation and determined that Trythall caused an injury to the child," Baxter said in a statement. Further details about the alleged attack were not released.
Trythall was charged Tuesday in Merrimack, as he was already in the custody of that town's police department for an unrelated case. Trythall has a long criminal record dating back to 2010, including charges for rape, kidnapping and robbery.
