Nashua Man Accused Of Assaulting A Juvenile: Police
Odalis Santana was arrested and held on Tuesday on domestic violence second-degree and assault charges.

NASHUA, NH — A local man was arrested on multiple counts of assault after being accused of injuring a child. At just after 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, officers received a report that a man – Odalis Santana, 36, of Nashua – had "physically assaulted a juvenile known to him," according to Lt. Robert Page of the Nashua Police Department. Detectives later furthered the investigation and based on the evidence gathered, issued an arrest warrant against Santana.
At 8:36 p.m. on July 2, 2019, he was charged with felony domestic violence-second-degree assault and two counts of misdemeanor simple assault. Santana was held on the charges due to preventative detention and arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on July 3.
The felony charge is punishable by up to seven years in state prison as well as fines. The misdemeanor charges carry one year each.

According to reports online, Santana was arrested on an endangering the welfare of a child in March 2011.
