Nashua Man Accused Of Burglary, Theft, And Criminal Trespass On Williams Street

NASHUA, NH — A man from Nashua is facing seven charges after an incident on Williams Street earlier this month.

On July 17, police were sent to a burglary report and later identified Ethan Luksha, 34, of Nashua, as a suspect in the case, according to Sgt. John Cinelli, the public information officer and communications division supervisor for the Nashua Police Department.

Detectives were assigned to the case, made contact with Luksha, and interviewed him, he said. After the interview, he was charged with felony burglary, criminal mischief, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, and three criminal trespass charges on Sunday. He was released on personal recognizance and was scheduled to appear in Nashua District Court on Aug. 27.
