Nashua Man Accused Of Selling Psychedelic Drugs To Others: Report

NASHUA, NH — Police have arrested a Gate City man and accuse him of being in possession of psychedelic drugs. Zachary Clegg-Marrama, 21, of Ash Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 10, on eight counts of sale of a controlled drug-LSD, psilocybin mushrooms, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-LSD, psilocybin mushrooms, and felonious use of a firearm, all felonies. Members of the department's problem oriented policing unit arrested Clegg-Marrama after executing a search warrant at his home during which "quantities" of the drugs and a firearm were found, according to police.

Clegg-Marrama was processed on the 10 charges and released on bail. He's due in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on Sept. 26.

The felony charges, police noted, carry seven years each, in state prison, as well as fines.
