Nashua Man Arrested On 3 Burglary Counts And Other Charges
Marques Menard is accused of breaking into a business he previously worked at and stealing money in 2018, as well as making false returns.

NASHUA, NH — Nashua police arrested a local man earlier this month, accusing him of burglarizing a business he used to be employed at. Marques Menard, 26, of Pine Street in Nashua, was arrested at 1:32 p.m. on June 4, 2019, on three counts of burglary and consolidated theft by deception, all felonies. Officers were sent to Finish Line on the Daniel Webster Highway on Nov. 7, 2018, for a report of a burglary.
When they arrived, investigators learned that a former employee – Menard "had entered the business without authorization during non-business hours to steal money on three separate occasions" that month, according to a report. He was also accused of several fraudulent return transactions in September and October 2018, while employed at the business, according to police.
Detectives further their investigation and later, obtained an arrest warrant against Menard. At the time of the arrest, he had an active warrant for failure to appear in court on an unrelated matter.

Menard was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on June 20. He faces up to 28 years in prison and fines.
