Nashua Man Arrested On Criminal Threatening, Other Charges: Cops
Josue Dominguez is accused of false imprisonment as well as criminal mischief and failing to appear in court after an incident Tuesday.

NASHUA, NH — A man was arrested last night on numerous charges after being accused of threatening a woman he knew. Officers were sent to a home in the Gate City at just before 8:15 p.m. to investigate a domestic dispute and a woman reporting that she was being threatened by Josue Dominguez, 29. Dominguez was then arrested about 40 minutes later, according to Lt. Robert Page.
"The investigation was furthered by detectives assigned to the Special Investigations Division Domestic Violence Unit," Page stated. "Based upon the results of the investigation, Dominguez was additionally charged with criminal threatening-domestic violence, a Class B felony.
Dominguez, on July 9, 2019, was processed on the felony charge as well as domestic violence-false imprisonment, criminal mischief, and two warrants for failure to appear in court. He was held in the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections overnight and was expected to be arraigned in superior court today. Dominguez faces at least nine years in prison as well as fines.

According to police records, Dominguez was arrested in January 2018, on disorderly conduct and two counts of resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested again in September 2018, on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges and two counts of resisting arrest.
