Nashua Man Charged With Aggravated Sexual Assault

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault on Friday. The Nashua Uniformed Field Operations Bureau arrested Norman McKay, 59, on an active warrant obtained following an investigation into an incident reported in May 2018.

Nashua police said they responded to a Nashua hospital on May 4, 2018 for a female who said she has been sexually assaulted earlier that night. The Nashua Special Investigations Division investigated the report and an arrest warrant was obtained for McKay. He was charged with two Special felony counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of Class A misdemeanor sexual assault.

McKay was held at Hillsborough County House of Corrections on a $200 cash bail and scheduled for arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
