Nashua Man Charged With Felony Domestic Assault

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was charged with second-degree felony domestic violence and misdemeanor simple assault on Monday after Nashua Police said an early morning investigation determined he strangled a woman known to him and pushed her to the ground. Bradley Cole, 29, was charged with one count of the Class B felony and one count of the Class A misdemeanor.

Nashua Police said they responded to a Nashua resident about 3:30 a.m. for a domestic assault report and the victim told them she had been strangled and pushed. Cole was arrested after an investigation.

A Class B felony is punishable up to seven years in state prison. A Class A misdemeanor is punishable up to one year in a County House of Corrections. Cole was transferred to the Hillsborough County Jail pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
