Nashua Man Charged In Gas Station Armed Robbery

NASHUA, NH — Nashua Police made an arrest Tuesday in connection with an armed robbery at Racing Mart in August. Michael Moore Jr., 27, of Nashua has been charged with Class A felony robbery.

Police said a male suspect showed a gun and stole cash from the Racing Mart before fleeing the Canal Street gas station on Aug. 11. During the investigation, Moore was identified as the suspect and a warrant was obtained for his arrest.

He was taken into custody about 6 p.m. on Tuesday. There were no injuries reported in the robbery.

Moore was issued a $5,000 cash bail and scheduled for arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
