Nashua Man Charged With Intent To Sell Marijuana-Infused Products
Nashua Police said Robert Pavlas, 18, was found with the drugs during a traffic stop as part of an investigation into illicit narcotics.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua teen was charged with felony drug possession with intent to distribute on Monday after a motor vehicle stop. Nashua Police said Robert Pavlas, 18, was arrested during a traffic stop after an investigation by the Nashua Police Problem Oriented Policing Unit in conjunction with the Narcotics Intelligence Division.
Nashua Police said Pavlas was found with marijuana-infused products that they believe he intended to sell and charged him with the special felony.
A special felony is punishable by a term of imprisonment up to seven years in prison. Pavlas refused bail pending his arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
