Nashua Man Charged In Sweep As Drug Enterprise Leader

Five-month Nashua Police investigation culminates with six arrests on drug activity based out of a Scripture Street residence on Tuesday.

NASHUA. NH — A Nashua man has been arrested on charges of being a felony drug enterprise leader after a five-month Nashua Police Narcotics Intelligence Division investigation into illicit narcotics sales in the city. Seth Shackford, 40, was arrested on Tuesday at the Scripture Street address Nashua Police said he was using to sell the drugs.

Nashua Police said the investigation into Shackford began in June. He was scheduled for arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Sept. 25.

Nashua Police made several other arrests during the course of the investigation into Shackford.

Carol Jones, 55, of Nashua was charged with felony common nuisances. She will be arraigned at Hillsborough County Superior Court on Oct. 3.

Jessica Jones, 35, of Nashua was charged with felony sale of heroin. She will be arraigned at the Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Oct. 3.

Ryan Magro, 36, of Dunstable, Massachusetts was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine. He was scheduled for arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior South on Sept. 25.

Kullawat Jaemsirikarn, 45, of Lowell, Massachusetts was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine. He will be arraigned at the Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Oct. 3.

Richard Covino, 33, was charged with felony heroin possession. Police said he had two active bench arrest warrants and a capias warrant out of Rockingham County Superior Court. He was held without bail and is awaiting an arraignment date.
