Nashua Man Faces Attempted Rape, Indecent Exposure Charges
Kyle Buckley was arrested Friday on certain uses of computer services and other felony charges after a multi-month investigation.

NASHUA, NH — Another case by the Nashua police working with the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force led to felony charges against a Gate City man.
Back in March, the Nashua Police Department's special investigations division began an investigation in to Kyle Buckley, 25, of Main Street in Nashua who was accused of possible sexual exploitation of a child online.
"Buckley was communicating with a person he believed to be a child," said Lt. Matthew DiFava of the department.

The investigation led Friday to charges against Buckley on two counts indecent exposure and lewdness as well as certain uses of computer services prohibited and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies.
Buckley was released on $5,000 cash or surety bail and is due in Hillsborough County Superior Court South July 16. He faces more than 28 years in prison as well as fines.

Anyone with information about child exploitation incidents or this case is asked to contact 603-589-1665. During the last year, Nashua police have arrested dozens of suspects accused of child exploitation as part of the task force's efforts.
