“The vehicle involved was located and Carson was still in the area,” according to Dillon. “Witnesses were able to identify him and police did make contact with Carson who admits that he did fail to report accident.”

According to Nashua NH Patch, Carson was arrested in April 2014 in Nashua for disorderly conduct. In January 2010, according to the Cabinet, he was summoned in Wilton for driving after revocation or suspension.
