Nashua Man Indicted On Merrimack Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — Miguel Tavarez Grullon, 29, of Crown Street in Nashua on a felony insurance fraud charge. He was accused of defrauding Progressive Insurance on Jan. 12, 2022, in Nashua, by creating a computer-generated document stating his vehicle was damaged on Jan. 11, 2022, when it happened in Dec. 30, 2021.

Francisco Velez, 35, of Atherton Avenue in Nashua on three possession of child sexual abuse images charges on July 14, 2020, in Nashua.

Christopher Taliercio, 23, of Mills Pond Road in Saint James, New York, on a felony reckless conduct-domestic violence charge. He was accused of driving a car at an intimate partner in Milford, at a high rate of speed, almost striking her, on Oct. 21, 2022, in Milford.

Austin Westcott, 26, of Woodbury Drive in Nashua on three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly raping a girl who he was related to between March 1, and October 5, 2019, in Merrimack.

Christopher Yniguez, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on Oct. 5, 2022, in Nashua, receiving stolen property-a Glock 9 mm semi-automatic pistol on July 17, 2022, in Nashua, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges between Oct. 29, and Nov. 6, 2022, in Nashua, involving hunting and fishing equipment and a gun or guns, all felonies.
