Manchester Man Indicted On Nashua Robbery, Hammer Attack Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Nashua man indicted on computer use and attempted sexual assault charges; man indicted on incest charges; Hudson man faces burglary charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Jonathan Vargas, 34, of Manchester, incarcerated at the Valley Street Jail at the time of the indictment, on robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, falsifying physical evidence, and first-degree assault charges, all felonies. On Aug. 27 in Nashua, he was accused of striking a man in the head with a hammer causing at least one fracture, and throwing the hammer into a building in an effort to hide it. The assaults were committed during a robbery. The indictment accused Manuel Rodriguez-Figueroa and Joe Burgos of being involved in the incident or the planning of the incident. Daniel Wayne, 44, of Blackstone Drive in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 15 in Nashua.

Daniel Williams, 31, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on attempted felonious sexual assault and two certain uses of computer services prohibited charges, all felonies. He was accused of using Kik and Google Hangouts-Google Chat to solicit an undercover police officer, who he thought was a child, for sexual assault and a predetermined location meeting between May 17 and May 19 in Nashua.

Eric Wyatt, 34, of Parker Street in Manchester on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges — fentanyl with intent to distribute, psilocybin mushrooms, cocaine, and methamphetamine on July 18 in Nashua.
Christopher Yniguez, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Sept. 17 in Nashua.
