Nashua Man Points Gun At Another Man: Cops
Report: John Price was also arrested last week on an assault charge for reportedly pushing the same man he allegedly threatened.

NASHUA, NH — A local man is due back in court next month after police accused him of criminally threatening and assaulting another man during an early morning hour incident on Friday. John Price, 51, of Nashua, was arrested on April 26, 2019, and charged with felony criminal threatening and simple assault, a misdemeanor. Police were sent to a local home after a report of a suicidal man inside of the home, according to a report.
“Upon arrival, responding officers made contact with a male who reported that Price had pointed a gun at him and pushed him,” according to Lt. Robert Page of the Nashua Police Department. “Price was placed under arrest for criminal threatening and simple assault as a result. Detectives from the special investigations division were notified and furthered the investigation.”
Price was processed and released on $500 cash bail. He is due in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on May 9.

According to Page, Price is facing up to seven years in prison on the felony charge and another year on the assault charge as well as fines.
