Nashua Mother Charged with Murdering Her 3-Year-Old Daughter

A Nashua mother has been charged with murdering her 3-year-old daughter.

Katlyn Marin, 25, formerly of 14 Oak St., was arrested Saturday and charged with second-degree murder, police said.

Marin allegedly assaulted her daughter, Brielle, multiple times Nov. 24 and Nov. 25. The girl was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Police said Marin’s actions exhibited an “extreme indifference to the value of human life.”

Marin is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.

In May, Marin was charged with abusing an 8-year-old child.
