Nashua Police Arrest Lowell Man Who Ingested Pills During Booking
Police said Thomas Tetreault was found with oxycodone after being taken into custody on an electric bench warrant.
NASHUA, NH — A Lowell man was arrested in Nashua on Aug. 21 on an electric bench warrant for non-payment of attorney fees, felony drug possession and felony falsifying physical evidence. Police said Thomas Tetreault, 54, was arrested on the bench warrant during a traffic stop and then twice during the booking process ingested pills believed to be oxycodone.
The bench warrant was for non-payment of attorney fees.
The Class B felony is punishable by up to seven years of imprisonment. Tetreault was released on personal recognizance bail, and scheduled to appear in Hillsborough District Court.
