Nashua Police Arrest Teen On Burglary Charges

NASHUA, NH — Police believe that have the person who has been burglarizing buildings at Holman Stadium on multiple occasions earlier this month. The incidents, according to Lt. Daniel Mederos of the criminal investigation division of the Nashua Police Department, occurred between Nov. 15 and Nov. 22. Detectives investigated the incidents and accused Nathan Nugent, 19, of no fixed address, of stealing items from the buildings.

"During three of the incidents Nugent is charged with entering buildings on the property with the purpose to steal from within," Mederos said. "Nugent also caused damage to the property. Several items stolen during these incidents have been recovered."

Nugent was charged Friday with three felony counts of burglary and misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and criminal mischief. He faces 24 years in prison as well as fines. Nugent was held on preventative detention bail and was scheduled to be arraigned on Nov. 25 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
