Nashua Police File Additional Assault Charges Against Hudson Man

NASHUA, NH — Nashua Police have charged a Hudson man, who was charged with attempted felonious sexual assault and computer crimes two weeks ago, with an additional 15 counts of felonious sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and indecent exposure and lewdness. Scott Graham, who was arrested on Oct. 8 following an investigation into the sexual exploitation of children, was charged with nine counts of felonious sexual assault, four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of indecent exposure and lewdness on Thursday.

The Nashua Police Problem Oriented Policing Unit said they continued the investigation into Graham after the Oct. 8 arrest after he posted $10,000 bail on the initial charges and located a possible juvenile victim with which Graham engaged in sexual conduct. Graham was arraigned at Hillsborough County Superior Court South on the new charges on Friday and released on bail.

Each of the new charges is a Class B felony each punishable by up to seven years in prison.
