Nashua Schools to Reopen After Threat

Nashua police said someone emailed a "specific threat of violence" against both of the city's public high schools.

NASHUA, NH — Nashua schools will reopen Tuesday after a threat forced the closure of all city public schools Monday.

Police said someone sent an email containing a “specific threat of violence” against Nashua North and South high schools. Officials canceled Monday classes for all city public schools.

Police searched both school high schools and deemed the threat was not credible. No arrests were announced as of Monday afternoon.
