A convicted sex offender from Nashua was arrested Tuesday and charged with failing to register with police.

He allegedly withheld information in the registration process with police. it was the second time he was charged with failing to register.

Rondeau is required to give his address to police, a requirement for his conviction. Police said he now has no fixed address.
He was held on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment.
