CONCORD, NH - Two teens who were arrested last month at an underage on West Street in Concord are in more hot water after reportedly knocking over mailboxes in Downtown Concord in an allegedly drunken state.
Nicholas M. L’Heureux, 19, of Federal Hill Road in Nashua, and (removed), were arrested at 1:39 a.m. on Nov. 24, 2015, and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, resisting arrest, and two counts each of default or breach of bail conditions.

At just before 1:30 a.m., a citizen reported to two officers working on North Main Street that there were three male subjects knocking over mailboxes. The citizen pointed to the men up the street and the officers went to speak with them.

“The male subjects were laughing and talking as we made contact with them I noticed one of the three subjects, who was later identified as (removed), stumbling and having trouble with his balance,” the officer reported.
The second officer asked for identifications and while the officer moved closer to (removed) and alleged that he “reeked” of alcohol.
“I then saw him stumble as he tried to put out a cigarette,” the officer alleged.
One man stated that they had just come from the Chi Cha Hookah Bar on Pleasant Street and were heading to a car to head home.
“L’Heureux did not say much,” the officer alleged. “But during our interactions, his words were slurred and his reactions to questions were delayed.”
The officer also alleged that he was swaying side to side as he stood and was unable to stand in one place.
The officer checked their IDs and found them to be underage. A quick check yielded the arrest earlier in November for an underage party on West Street for both men.
L’Heureux was also arrested and allegedly “pulled his arms away” as the officer tried to cuff him. A second officer assisted and he was handcuffed.
Both (removed) and L’Heureux were held without bail and arraigned later that morning.
