Nashua Teen Indicted for Shooting Man, Other Charges

Plus, alleged felony rioters indicted, Mass. man charged with sexual assault, and alleged drug dealer also indicted.

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court in August 2015:

Stephanie J. MacIntyre, 40, of Orange Street in Nashua, for a convicted felons, felony, charge. On June 16, 2015, in Nashua, she allegedly possessed a large, straight-edge knife after already having been convicted of felony sale of controlled drug in March 2010 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Keniel Maldonado, 17, of 11th Street in Nashua, for felony riot, after an incident on April 26, 2015, in Nashua.

Travis McPherson, 18, of Boulder Circle in Nashua, for two counts of felony riot, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and two counts of reckless conduct, all felonies, after an incident on April 26, 2015, in Nashua.

Paul Mangiafico, 25, of Warrant Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of criminal liability to sale of a counterfeit drug on May 8, 2015, in Nashua, reportedly working in concert with Devon Hart to sell meth and cocaine that wasn’t meth or cocaine on Craigslist.

Richard Marchant, 25, of Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, for two counts of sale of narcotics. On May 29, and June 5, 2015, he allegedly sold narcotic drugs in Merrimack.

Michael Markauskas, 42, of Riverview Boulevard in Methuen, MA, for two counts of felonious sexual assault. Between Sept. 1, and Sept. 28, 2002, in Nashua, he allegedly sexually assaulted a girl under 16.

Ryan Mateo, 19, of Louisburg Square in Nashua, for first-degree assault, second-degree assault, falsifying evidence, three counts of attempted first-degree assault, and five felony counts of reckless conduct. On April 13, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly shot a man, discharged a handgun numerous times, and then threw the handgun into a brook in Hudson.

Thomas McGinnis, 26, of Temple Road in Sharon, for habitual offender and disobeying a police officer, both felonies. On June 8, 2015, he allegedly gave a false name to police after being stopped on Temple Street in Nashua.
