NH Man Arrested In Nashua On Computer, Indecent Exposure Charges
Troy Drew of Tamworth faces felony charges after being accused of communicating with an officer he thought was a girl in a Kik chatroom.

NASHUA, NH — Police in Nashua are accusing a Tamworth man of communicating with an officer who he thought was a girl.
In November 2020, a detective in the department’s Crimes Against Children unit, who has a number of online undercover profiles, accused Troy Drew, 34, of Northway Road in Tamworth, of communicating with him in a Kik chatroom. During the “initial conversation,” the detective informed him that he was a 14-year-old girl, “which he acknowledged,” according to an affidavit. The detective, during the course of conversations, reminded Drew that he was an underage girl “several times,” the report said.
In December 2020, while chatting on WhatsApp, the detective accused Drew of sending him a selfie, which the detective later confirmed to be him based on a Maine license, as well as a picture of an erect male genitalia, the affidavit said.

A warrant was then issued for his arrest.
Drew, according to the affidavit, was first arrested by Massachusetts’ Internet Crimes Against Children team and later, extradited back to New Hampshire.
