Terry Rasmussen murdered five people in New Hampshire from 1985 to 2000 — including the "Allenstown Four," officials said.
ALLENSTOWN, NH — A New Hampshire serial killer accused of murdering five people from 1985 to 2000 has been identified, authorities announced Friday. Terry Peder Rasmussen, who died in prison in 2010, allegedly killed a woman and three children in Allenstown and likely murdered a Manchester woman, according to New Hampshire attorney General Gordon MacDonald.
