Pair Nabbed for Selling Heroin
Arrest was made following investigation by Nashua's POP Unit.
On October 25th, 2012 and October 26th, 2012, members of the Nashua Police
Department's Problem Oriented Policing Unit and Uniform Patrol arrested individuals on arrest warrants for drug sales.
Arrested was:
- Ludwin Fernandez-Perez, 26, of 31 Arlington Street, Apartment #3, Nashua, for two counts of Unlawful Sale of a Narcotic Drug, Heroin, Second Offense; and one count of Conspiracy to Unlawful Sale of a Narcotic Drug, Heroin; one count of Possession of a Narcotic Drug with Intent to Distribute, Heroin Second Offense/School Zone; one count of Possession of a Narcotic Drug, Suboxone, Second Offense; and one count of Possession of a Narcotic Drug, Clonazepam, Second Offense, all felonies.
- Anthony Gagne, 25, of 33 Arlington Street, Nashua, for one count of Unlawful Sale of a Narcotic Drug, Heroin, Second Offense/School Zone; one count of Conspiracy to Unlawful Sale of a Narcotic Drug, Heroin; and one count of Possession of a Narcotic Drug, Heroin, Second Offense, all felonies.
Detectives in the Narcotics Intelligence Division conducted this investigation over several months and determined that Fernandez-Perez and Gagne were working together to distribute various amounts of heroin within the city.

Fernandez-Perez will face enhanced felony penalties due to a prior drug conviction, possessing distribution quantity of heroin within a school zone,
and possessing a quantity of heroin in excess of five grams. Gagne will also face enhanced felony penalties due to a prior drug conviction and selling heroin within a school zone.
Fernandez-Perez was held on $60,000 cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on October 26th, 2012. Gagne was held on $50,000 cash bail and will be arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on October 29th, 2012.
