• Nashua, NH, man convicted in cocaine-mailing conspiracy (lowellsun.com) — A Nashua man has been convicted in a cocaine‑mailing conspiracy that used packages shipped from Puerto Rico to multiple addresses across the city, including Kinsley, Walnut, Worcester, Marshall, Hanover, and Crown streets. Investigators tied the scheme to Ynfante's Kinsley Street apartment, and he now faces 15 to 30 years in prison, with sentencing set for Oct. 16 in Hillsborough County Superior Court's Southern District.
   

• Mosquitoes in NH show low virus activity this season (ledgertranscript.com) — Mosquito testing this season has found relatively low virus activity in New Hampshire, but West Nile virus was detected in several batches, including some collected in Nashua. Health officials say no human cases have been reported yet, but they urge Nashua residents to keep using repellents, wear long sleeves, avoid peak mosquito hours, and remove standing water through the fall.
