Here’s a list of some of our Nashua-area spots. In addition to pick-your-own, most orchards sell fresh-picked apples at a farm-stand and also have other activities. The season got off to an early start and picking generally lasts through early to mid October.

• Details: Pick-your-own McIntosh and Honeycrisp apples, plus a bakery.
• Where: 41 Broad St. in Hollis.
• When: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily.
• Details: Pick-your-own Baldwin, Gala, Jonagold and many more. 19 apple varieties in total. Maps are provided to help pickers find every kind of apple available.
• Where: 749 N River Rd in Milford.
• When: 1 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. during the week, 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on weekends.
• Details: Pick-your-own McIntosh and Cortland apples, plus a picnic area.
• Where: 59 High Range Road in Londonderry.
• When: Daily, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• Details: Pick-your-own McIntosh, Red Delicious and Mutsu, as well as a farm store.
