Police: Nashua Man Drove Car at Teen

On Nov. 25, members of the Nashua Police Uniform Field Operations Bureau arrested Jason Marshall, 22, of University Drive in Nashua, for felony reckless conduct.

Marshall was arrested at approximately 2:35 a.m. on East Hollis Street.

At approximately 12:54 a.m. the Nashua Police responded to 420 South Main Street, Nashua for the report of a motor vehicle collision. Upon arrival officers learned that a 19-year-old male subject had been thrown from atop a moving vehicle. Officers learned that there had been a confrontation between Marshall and a group of male subjects. During the confrontation Marshall drove his vehicle toward the 19-year-old male. The male victim was forced to jump onto the vehicle to avoid being struck. Marshall continued driving through the area swerving his vehicle back and forth until the male fell off. The investigation revealed that Marshall and the victim were known to each other.

Witnesses on scene followed Marshall’s vehicle through downtown Nashua and contacted the Nashua Police. Marshall was subsequently located at East Hollis Street, Nashua. The victim sustained minor injuries which were treated by AMR Ambulance on scene. Marshall was arrested without incident.

A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines.
