Three Face Heroin Charges
Joshua Jalbert was held without bail. It is his second offense on similar charges.
On June 1 members of the Nashua Police Department Problem Oriented Policing Unit arrested three subjects after separate investigations identified them as being involved in the sale of controlled drugs. The investigations were conducted by detectives of the Narcotics Intelligence Division over a several month period. Arrested were:
- Joshua M. Jalbert, of 8 Mobile Drive, Hudson, New Hampshire, three counts of Sale of a Narcotic Drug, heroin, second offense, and one count of conspiracy to sale of a narcotic drug, heroin, second offense. Jalbert was held without bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on June 4.
- Corey R. Levesque, of 16 Tate Street, Hudson, New Hampshire, one count of possession of narcotic drug, heroin. Hennessey was held on $2,000 cash or surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on June 4.
- Seadon White, of 23 1/2 Bowers Street, Nashua, one count of sale of a narcotic drug, heroin; and one count of conspiracy to sale of narcotic drug, heroin. White was held on $50,000 cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on June 4, 2012.
