Nashua Man Accused Of Felonious Sexual Assault, Certain Uses Of Computer Services: Hills South Indictments
Perp with priors indicted on distribution charges; Manchester driver indicted on 3 aggravated DWI charges; Lowell teen indicted after crash.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Ricardo Lazo, 44, of Hughey Street in Nashua, on felonious use of a firearm and motor vehicles; penalties charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a Glock 43 handgun while being a habitual offender, driving a 2019 Kia Sportage on Hughey Street in Nashua, on Dec. 9, 2025. Lazo was deemed a habitual offender in May 2019, by the NH DMV, according to an indictment.
Efrain Lazu Ortiz, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on Sept. 29, 2025, in Nashua.

Alexander Loaiza, 22, of Pinebrook Place in Manchester, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and three aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving drunk and recklessly on the Everett Turnpike, placing others in danger, during a motor vehicle crash on May 30, 2025, in Merrimack.
Abdul Maina, 18, of Phoebe Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony count of reckless conduct-deadly weapon. He was accused of driving at a high rate of speed while another person was on the roof of a vehicle, causing the person to be thrown from the vehicle and breaking a shoulder blade on Aug. 10, 2025, in Hudson.

Alford Nickson, 46, of East Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, Michigan, on a felony count of theft by deception. He was accused of taking control of more than $1,500 from Triangle Credit Union in Nashua by falsely presenting a check payable to him on March 24, 2025.

Seth Stephens, 36, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on attempted possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent-methamphetamine, felon in possession of a deadly weapon-a Beretta 92FS 9 mm handgun, and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent-methamphetamine charges, all three felonies. He agreed with Alan Groff and/or Crystal Marcotte to ship about 4 pounds of the drug to Nashua, according to the indictments.
Charles Dodd Thompson, 57, of Louisburg Square in Nashua, on attempted felonious sexual assault, possession of child sexual abuse images, and certain uses of computer services prohibited charges, all felonies. He was accused of having a conversation on WhatsApp, attempting to meet with a person he believed to be a 13-year-old child on Jan. 10 in Nashua. Thompson was also accused of possessing an .mp4.
Christine Tuttle, 42, of Underhill Street in Nashua on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and fentanyl, on Oct. 22, 2025, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a control of premises charge in Hills South in June 2024.
Jason Michael Ventolieri, 49, of Albany Street in Boston, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hudson on Aug. 19, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, Ventolieri was convicted of receiving stolen property in Massachusetts in May 2020 and shoplifting, third offense, in October 2014.
Peter Walden, 50, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from LL Bean in Nashua on Nov. 3, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in Hills South in April 2018 and October 2024.
Tingting Zhang, 40, of Stonewood Drive in Canton, MA, on theft by deception and two fraudulent use of a credit card charges, all felonies. She was accused of purchasing and attempting to purchase more than $1,500 worth of liquor with another person’s credit card at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet at 294 Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on Nov. 2, 2025.
