Unhealthy Air Alert for Nashua
Nashua will hit 93 degrees or more today and officials issued an unhealthy air alert.
Nashua, NH — An air quality alert was issued for Nashua Wednesday as temperatures soared to 90 degrees and higher.
Nashua's high is expected to hit at least 93 degrees. The hot, humid conditions led the state Department of Environmental Services to issue an air quality alert Wednesday through 11 p.m. Officials urged children, older adults, and those suffering from lung disease to limit strenuous activities.
Wednesday was the hottest day in Nashua since May 28, when temperatures hit 94 degrees.
